Welcome to Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV application, website, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is owned and operated by Mobile applications LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Mobile applications LLC, not Apple Inc. Mobile applications LLC is solely responsible for the application and its content, subject to applicable laws.

Eligibility and General Conditions

1. You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required by applicable law, to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian where required.
2. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
3. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content that you choose to display, transmit, mirror, or cast.
4. You agree not to use the Service in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.
5. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, its infrastructure, connected devices, or networks.
6. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to devices, networks, systems, or services through the application.
7. You must not distribute malicious software, viruses, spyware, or other harmful code through or in connection with the Service.
8. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the application, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
9. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices and networks used with the Service are properly configured and that you have permission to access them.
10. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, address security concerns, comply with applicable law, or respond to material violations of these Terms.

Description of the Service

Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV provides tools designed to connect compatible Apple devices to televisions, Chromecast devices, Google Cast-enabled receivers, and other supported devices.

Depending on device compatibility, operating system restrictions, and available features, the Service may allow users to:

• Mirror or broadcast their device screen to a compatible television or receiving device.
• Cast photos, videos, music, and other supported media content.
• Connect to Chromecast and Google Cast-enabled devices.
• Establish connections with supported televisions and devices through compatible web browsers.
• Use QR codes to establish connections with supported receiving devices.
• Test network speed and evaluate connection performance.
• Share supported audio and video content during casting or screen broadcasting sessions.
• Access screen mirroring and casting functionality on supported iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.

The availability of individual features may vary depending on your device model, operating system version, television, receiving device, network configuration, and applicable technical restrictions.

We may modify, improve, update, or discontinue individual features of the Service from time to time, subject to applicable consumer rights and obligations to existing subscribers.

Device Compatibility and Connection Requirements

Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV is designed to work with supported televisions, Chromecast devices, Google Cast-enabled receivers, and other compatible receiving devices.

Supported receiving devices may include:

• Google Chromecast devices.
• Televisions with built-in Google Cast functionality.
• Televisions and other devices with compatible web browsers.
• Supported Smart TVs and streaming devices from manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and others, where the required connection method is available.

Compatibility with a particular brand does not guarantee compatibility with every model or software version produced by that manufacturer.

Certain casting methods require your Apple device and receiving device to be connected to the same local network. Other connection methods may require internet access or additional configuration.

You are responsible for maintaining the internet connection, wireless network, compatible hardware, and any third-party equipment required to use the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will operate on all televisions, streaming devices, web browsers, operating systems, or network configurations.

Screen Mirroring and Media Casting

The Service allows users to display supported device content on compatible televisions and receiving devices.

When initiating screen mirroring, you acknowledge that information visible on your device screen may also become visible on the selected receiving device.

This may include application interfaces, notifications, messages, photos, videos, or other personal information displayed during the broadcasting session.

You are responsible for selecting trusted receiving devices and protecting sensitive information while using screen mirroring functionality.

You may stop a broadcasting session using the available controls provided by the application or operating system.

Some applications, streaming services, and media providers may restrict screen recording, screen mirroring, or content transmission through digital rights management (DRM), copyright protection, or other technical measures.

As a result, certain movies, television shows, streaming services, applications, or protected content may not be available for casting or screen mirroring.

We do not guarantee that all third-party media content can be transmitted, displayed, or played through the Service.

Streaming Quality and Performance

The quality and performance of screen mirroring and media casting depend on various factors beyond our control.

These factors may include:

• Wireless network speed, stability, and signal strength.
• Internet connection quality and available bandwidth.
• Device hardware capabilities and operating system versions.
• Television and receiving device processing performance.
• Network congestion, interference, and connection latency.
• Restrictions imposed by third-party applications or content providers.
• Audio and video synchronization limitations.

Screen mirroring may involve transmission delays, reduced frame rates, changes in image quality, audio synchronization issues, or temporary connection interruptions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted transmission, real-time performance, zero latency, or identical audio and video quality across all supported devices.

The network speed testing feature provides measurements of network performance at the time of testing. Test results are estimates and do not guarantee specific casting quality or performance.

Permissions and Device Access

Certain features of the Service may require permission to access device resources or operating system functionality.

Depending on the features used, these permissions may include:

• Local network access to discover and connect to compatible receiving devices.
• Photos and media library access to select content for casting.
• Camera access to scan QR codes for supported connection methods.
• Screen broadcasting permissions to initiate screen mirroring.
• Microphone or audio access when required for supported audio broadcasting functionality.

Permissions are requested through the applicable operating system controls. You may manage or revoke permissions through your device settings.

Restricting certain permissions may prevent related features from functioning correctly.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

Premium features may include additional screen mirroring, casting, or connection functionality, depending on the subscription plan and features available in the application.

Subscription plans, prices, billing periods, and available benefits are displayed within the application before purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are processed and billed by Apple using the payment method associated with your Apple Account.

By purchasing an auto-renewable subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase, unless a free trial or other introductory offer applies.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• Renewal charges are based on the applicable subscription price disclosed to you, subject to any price changes handled in accordance with Apple's policies and applicable law.
• Subscription prices and billing periods may vary depending on the plan, country, region, currency, and applicable taxes.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Canceling a subscription generally prevents future renewals. Access to paid features normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to applicable refund or account conditions.
• Deleting or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
• Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple are handled according to Apple's applicable refund policies and consumer protection laws.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial, introductory price, or promotional offer for eligible users.

The availability, duration, eligibility requirements, and conditions of these offers will be displayed before you confirm your subscription.

If a subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged the regular subscription price during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the disclosed price.

Free trial and introductory offer eligibility is determined according to the applicable App Store rules and offer conditions.

You may cancel a trial or subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings before the applicable renewal or trial expiration date to avoid future charges.

User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own and choose to transmit through the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to cast, display, transmit, or share any photos, videos, music, applications, or other content.

The Service does not grant you ownership or distribution rights over third-party content.

You agree not to use the Service to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or transmit copyrighted content in violation of applicable law or the rights of content owners.

You must not attempt to bypass digital rights management systems, copy protection mechanisms, or access restrictions imposed by third-party applications or content providers.

All intellectual property rights in the Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV application, including its software, design, interface, graphics, and original materials, belong to Mobile applications LLC or its respective licensors.

Use License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Mobile applications LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable Usage Rules.

This license does not transfer ownership of the application or any associated intellectual property rights.

Use by other eligible accounts through Family Sharing or other purchasing arrangements is permitted where supported and allowed by Apple's applicable Usage Rules.

Under this license, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the application except where expressly permitted by applicable law or written authorization.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings.
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the application without authorization, except as permitted by applicable Usage Rules.
• Use the application to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

The license may terminate if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law. Upon termination, you must cease unauthorized use of the Service.

Third-Party Services and Trademarks

Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV may interact with hardware, software, websites, and services provided by third parties.

These may include products or technologies associated with Google Chromecast, Google Cast, Samsung, LG, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple, and other manufacturers or service providers.

References to third-party brands and products are used solely to describe compatibility or supported functionality and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership unless expressly stated.

All third-party trademarks, product names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or continued compatibility of third-party devices, applications, and services.

Third-party manufacturers and service providers may modify or discontinue features, protocols, or technical functionality that affect compatibility with the Service.

You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms of service, licensing conditions, and network provider agreements when using the Service.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Mobile applications LLC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every television, casting device, operating system, or network.

We do not guarantee that all media formats, applications, streaming platforms, or protected content will be supported.

We make no guarantee regarding transmission speed, connection stability, video resolution, audio synchronization, or the absence of streaming delays.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, consumer protection, or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobile applications LLC and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Such damages may include loss of profits, business interruption, connection failures, data loss, or interruption of screen mirroring and media casting sessions.

We are not responsible for failures caused by unsupported receiving devices, third-party services, internet outages, network restrictions, or external hardware.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

Apple App Store Terms

If you download or purchase Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV through the Apple App Store, the following additional conditions apply.

• These Terms are concluded between you and Mobile applications LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. Mobile applications LLC is responsible for the application and its content.
• Mobile applications LLC is responsible for providing maintenance and support for the application to the extent required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.
• Mobile applications LLC is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and applicable consumer protection or privacy claims.
• In the event of any failure of the application to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the application in accordance with its applicable obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no further warranty obligations regarding the application.
• Mobile applications LLC is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of claims that the application or your authorized use of it infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to applicable United States government embargo restrictions and are not listed on applicable United States government prohibited or restricted party lists.
• You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions when using the application.
• Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions against you upon your acceptance of these Terms.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared in connection with Screen Share - 4 Chromecast TV.
